The Brinyte T18 Artemis is a versatile, high-quality flashlight perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and tactical users. Delivering 650 lumens, it features three interchangeable LED modules (white, red, green), making it ideal for general use, night vision, or hunting. The zoomable beam adjusts from wide floodlight to focused spotlight, offering flexibility for various tasks. Built from aircraft-grade aluminum with an IP66 water-resistant rating, it’s durable and reliable in harsh conditions. The USB-C rechargeable battery ensures convenient charging, while the wireless remote control adds hands-free functionality, perfect for gear-mounted use. Compact yet feature-rich, the T18 Artemis is a top choice for adaptable illumination.

The Brinyte T18 stands out because it runs on a larger 21700 battery, which means more mAh and a lot more runtime. Out in the woods, that extra capacity easily doubles the time I can keep using it compared to standard setups, and that makes a huge difference. What surprised me most is the brightness from the red mode. You don’t normally get this kind of throw and intensity with red light, but this flashlight pushes it out really far. Between the power, runtime, and performance, it’s been an impressive light, and I will update this review if anything changes!

The light itself is a decent size to have next to your bed for the late night wake ups where you don't want to wake everyone up by turning on the lights. It's also good for when you take your dogs out for a walk. I enjoyed being able to clip it to my puppies collar on rgb to quickly identify their location in low visibility. It is very durable as it survived the toddler test for 2 weeks. No cheap materials here. The white light is plenty bright for any close range nightly task. I had success using a rechargeable AA battery and in a pinch a AAA battery. Overall great durable light for the price.

Nothing wrong with the ring. Works well. I do prefer how the ring on the older PT18 Pro was locked into the tailcap though. This PT16 ring won't move up or down, as it is locked onto the tailcap from vertical movement, but it can still spin around the tailcap to a slight degree, whereas the ring on the PT18 Pro won't spin at all, which I prefer.

Edit: After using the ring a bit more, I think that having the adjustabilty of rotating it to where it works best for each individual is probably a better design. While it does rotate, it's not excessively loose or annoying. I found a certain orientation that works EXCELLENT for activating the main tail switch with your knuckle when using it in the same style as a T. Switchback. Works better, and it is more comfortable than the ring on the PT18 Pro now. Great ergo's now that may not have been possible with the tailcap locked in a particular position. Changing from 4 stars to 5 stars!

I do a lot of night shooting and used to carry around multiple torches to cover all scenarios. The T18 with the got-swap pills means I carry a single torch and I can switch between Infrared, Ultraviolet, Red, White or Green light in less than 20 seconds.

These torches are powerful and very light weight so they're easily mounted on weapons or carried in my pocket without even pricing they're there.

I've now switched over from my previous Infrared Night Illuminator to the new Brinyte T18 because on top of the fact they're lightweight, powerful and a quality build, the batteries last a LONG, LONG time.

I'm seriously impressed with my T18 and I'd recommend them!!
